IJmuiden, landfront.
WBN, KVA Amsterdam, Festung IJmuiden, Landfront Wn. 84 and Wn. 85.
This defence line can be found at the south/west side of the Festung IJmuiden, next to battery Olmen.
The line is build of a tank-wall, dragon teeth, Tobruks and emplacements, more inland several other bunkers were build. The line looks still very nice and complete, it is beautiful integrated in the environment, it's one of the best preserved inland defence lines in Europe.
Unfortunately we haven't finished this location and the other ones along this line yet, there are several bunkers that we haven't photographed, we will do that in the future.
