Torpedoloods Dutch/German location

Near the Hoek van Holland station and the small service-vessel harbour at the Stationsstraat lays "De Torpedoloods", now a days a Bar/Restaurant but originally a Dutch Navy Depot for torpedo's and build around 1890.

The main building, the torpedo storage building, is totally rebuild in to a restaurant and has no real connections anymore with its originally purpose.
At the left side under a hill off earth lays a Dutch storage bunker with two rooms and small entrances. The entrance outside has a slope to walk downside but also tracks for some vehicle.
At the backside of the main building is a other bunker that looks like a ammunition bunker build by the Germans and now in use as a storage for the restaurant.
Behind this bunker stays a brig building that belongs to the complex but we don't know who build it and the purpose of it.

That brings us to the request, who knows more about this complex during the Dutch used it, before and after the war, and the use by the Germans during the war. Please let us know by email: post@bunkerpictures.nl

Types:
1x Storage bunker, probably Dutch?
1x Ammunition bunker, probably German?
1x Brig building, questions mark.
