Beside the location of Bpt. 29 with the Flagruko, at the Duinweg nearby Fort Kijkduin, there is a former German camp with workshops for artillery maintenance.
The Germans build here several building and workshops to do the heavy work on big guns and equipment. Some of the buildings are demolished during the last decades but the structure is still there. Even some air-raid shelters are still to find.
In 2009 a fire destroyed the beautiful German Casino building. As far as we know there are plans to restore it in a certain way!
