Wilhelmshaven.
Niedersachsen, Wilhelmshaven, Troop bunker Einsstrasse.

At the Einstrasse there are still two Troop bunker type T750 standing along the river . These bunkers where specially designed and built to protect military personnel on their bases. Wilhelmshaven was one of the main Kriegsmarine harbours along the Nordsee and was grown during the last years. The bunkers gave the Marine personnel some protection during their stay in the harbours. Lots of troop bunkers where built, the number indicates its capacity.
Near the second bunker you can find an old steel embankment where ships probably were moored along the waterside, close to one of the shelters b. The bunkers have some nice signs in and outside on their walls.

Niedersachsen, Wilhelmshaven, Troop bunker Langewerth.

In the neighbourhood called Langeweth you can find this huge Troop bunker of type T1100. As far as our information is correct, the Germans built in fact two T750 together with some minor changes.
This bunker has some ground plates visible around it and some of the walls are damaged by trying to blow up the bunker. On the pictures you can see it all and how the walls are hanging out of balance.
On top of this bunker is a Tobruk bunker and a emplacement for a Flak gun we suppose, or searchlight.
