Just north of the village Diguilleville point towards the sea lies this Mammut Radar bunker V143 "Gouesneraie".
This radar station was used by the Germans to control the ship movements over a distance of 300 km, but also to give ranges to the nearby gun positions for targets at sea.
The bunker is in good shape and easy to enter with still a lot of marks left of cables, equipment and other systems inside. The three big concrete antenna points on the roof are not visible anymore because they are overgrown. Around the V149 there are also some other small objects like Flak, shelter and small gun positions.
