Barfleur, Le Cracko.
AOK 7, KVA J1, KV.Gr. Cotentin Ost, KVU.Gr. Barfleur, Le Cracko, Wn. 121.

At the north/east side of the harbor of the city of Barfleur lies this location near the breakwater and along the beach and inland.
Drive over the D1 and turn-off into the Rue Julie Postel and then into the Rue du 24e Juin 1944. Here you can park your car near the breakwater and visit the first St-bunker. Walk a bit back and get into the meadow towards the beach.
On the breakwater head stands now a days a small lighthouse, but that is integrated into the shape of a former KwK 5cm gun emplacement. On the breakwater there are also some German inscriptions. We missed them so no pictures. A part of the harbor is still surrounded by a German tank wall, to prevent the Allies the get in by the harbor or during low tide.
